Hadi Ibrahim is a Lebanese film director based in London.
His work moves between fiction and commercial filmmaking, with a particular interest in stories rooted in identity, cultural memory and belonging. His fiction often draws from his region and its social and political realities, combining grounded storytelling with elements of surrealism and symbolism.
Alongside narrative filmmaking, Hadi has directed fashion films, campaigns, documentaries and branded content for organisations and regional brands. His wider experience across writing, producing and editing informs his approach to directing and allows him to work closely across different stages of a production.
Hadi holds an MA in Filmmaking (Directing Fiction) from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a BA in Cinema & Television from the Lebanese University. He was awarded a Saïd Foundation Scholarship for his postgraduate studies in the UK and has received ongoing support from the International Emerging Film Talent Association (IEFTA), through which he has participated in international festivals and industry programmes. He is also co-founder of CeeFilm Beirut, an independent film collective where he has developed and produced projects across the Eastern Mediterranean.
